Members form groups of 15 or more people, create an internal leadership committee, The development methodology emphasizes the principles of responsibility, trust and solidarity. The repayment of loans are organized to include automatic savings contributions, ensuring that members grow their resilience and have available capital for emergencies and potential growth.
A loan steward works with the leadership team to facilitate the process, offering guidance and building relationships that turn into spiritual care and mental health along the way.
